3-Alarm Peabody Fire Spreads To 2 Buildings, Leaves 7 Displaced
The fire engulfed multi-family homes on Aborn Street and Pierpont Street early Tuesday afternoon.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody fire crews on Tuesday morning responded to a blaze that spread to two buildings in the area of Aborn Street and left seven residents displaced.
The fire triggered a third alarm at about 11 a.m.

Crews arrived to find the fire had spread to buildings on Aborn Street and Pierpont Street.
"We have mutual aid in the city and at the scene," the Peabody Fire Department said. "All safe at this time. No injuries reported."

A dog was rescued from one of the buildings and reunited with its owner, according to WHDH-TV.
The buildings are both multi-family housing with one building including a store on the first floor.
