5 Peabody Residents Arrested at Underage Party at Danvers Motel

A group of 10 young adults, ranging in age from 17-24, were arrested at the Days Inn on Endicott Street in Danvers for disturbing the peace. Most of the group were also charged with underage possession of alcohol.

Five Peabody residents (both male and female) were arrested after reports of a loud party at  in Danvers late Tuesday night on charges of disturbing the peace and underage possession of alcohol.

One Peabody man and a Lynn man were both charged with providing alcohol to minors.

According to Police Capt. Patrick Ambrose, an officer on routine patrol at the Days Inn off Endicott Street was called in by the motel's front desk staff at 11:56 p.m. on July 3, stating that they had been receiving several noise complaints about the room.

A total of 10 people were arrested, ranging in age from 17-24 -- five were from Peabody, three from Salem and two from Lynn.

  • Eric Cataloni, 24, of Peabody, on charges of disturbing the peace and furnishing liquor to a person under 21.
  • Jussetty Rodriguez, 17, of 7 Oak St. in Peabody, on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21. 
  • Nicole Pinabella, 19, of 15 Keyes Dr. in Peabody, on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21.
  • Marina Bettencourt, 20, of 15 Keyes Dr. in Peabody, on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21. 
  • Brenda Rodriguez, 20, of 7 Oak St. in Peabody, on on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21.
  • Coquita Walters, 18, of 9 Cherry St. in Salem, on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21.
  • Daniel Moya, 18, of 56 Dow St. in Salem, on charges of disturbing the peace and liquor possession under 21.
  • Nicole Acosta, 19, of 40 Rainbow Terrace in Salem, on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and liquor possession under 21.
  • Avery Desmond, 20, of 11 Grover St. in Lynn, on charges of disturbing the peace, liquor possession under 21 and resisting arrest.
  • Christian Figuereo, 21, of 15 Logan St. in Lynn, on charges of disturbing the peace and furnishing liquor to person under 21.
