Assault with a Dangerous Weapon; Drug Charges: Peabody Police

Wednesday, March 2

At 5:12 p.m., police arrested Nicholas W. Lemoine, 29, of 30 Exeter Road in Hampton, NH and charged him with no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

At 8:20 p.m., police arrested Raleahk G. Martin, 19, of 80 High Street in Dedham and charged him with larceny over $250.

At 9:52 p.m., police arrested Joshua A. Cefalo, 21, of 16 Rockdale Avenue in Peabody and charged him with possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug.

At 11:38 p.m., police arrested Brandon J. Lemieux, 29, of 890 Summer Street in Lynnfield and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, and assault and battery.

Thursday, March 3

At 7:31 a.m., police arrested Tiago Malta, 31, of 41 Holten Street in Peabody and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous motor vehicle violations, and on warrants.
