Chicken Wing Cook Off To Help Peabody Officer's Marathon Goal
Sgt. Jim Harkins is trying to donate $10,000 to Cops For Kids With Cancer by running the Boston Marathon

PEABODY, MA – A chicken wing cook off will help raise money for Peabody Police Sgt. Jim Harkins' Boston Marathon team goal. Harkins is trying to raise $10,000 to donate to Cops For Kids With Cancer.
Tickets for the Friday, March 3, event are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. The cook off will be held at the Holy Ghost Society on Howley Street in Peabody.
Harkins decided to run the Boston Marathon after a young girl that went to school and danced with his daughters passed away from cancer.
