Copper Wire Stolen; Campaign Signs Trashed: Peabody Police

Monday, March 7

At 4:15 p.m., copper wire was reported stolen from a truck parked at the PMLP on Warren Street Extension.

At 5:56 p.m., there was a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Main Street.

At 8:24 p.m., there was a report of youths smoking the marijuana at Lalikos Park. Police found no one in the area.

At 8:28 p.m., a smartphone was reported stolen on Lynnfield Street.

At 9:08 p.m., there was a report of a campaign sign knocked over and mail ripped up and thrown on a lawn on Lynnfield Street.

At 9:21 p.m., there was a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Andover Street.

Tuesday, March 8

At 9:57 a.m., Brian R. Colagiovanni, 41, of 10 Esquire Drive in Peabody was arrested on a warrant.

At 10:52 a.m., there was a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Elm Street.

At 11:05 a.m., there was a report of an injured baby hawk on Goodale Street.
