A copycat customer, literal dumpster fire, and other items from the Peabody Police log.

Kevin T. Mccarthy, 45, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, and negligent driving last Wednesday around 12:30 a.m. after police were called to an accident on Lowell Street.

A restaurant employee called police last Wednesday around 1 p.m. to report that a man came in and repeated everything the employee said. Officers couldn't find the man.

Police took a report of a granddaughter being threatened over Snapchat on Wednesday around 7 p.m.

Pokhui Place, 52, of Danvers, was arrested on charges of trespassing after police responded to a report of an unwanted person at Pulaski Street around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.

A woman was summonsed on Saturday morning after she allegedly stole a cell phone at a gym on Newbury Street.

John W. Duff, Jr., was arrested on charges of resisting arresting, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of breaking and entering, and two counts of malicious destruction of property on Sunday around 3 a.m. after police were called to a window broken at a Pulaski Street business.

Robert Thomas, 26, of Dover, NH, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 10, around 5 a.m. from North Central Street on charges of assault on a family or household member.

Christopher S. Bissel, 35, of Beverly, and Katie Jean Gonyea, 35, of Salem, were arrested on Sunday, Feb. 12, on charges of shoplifting after police were called to Andover Street around 4 p.m.

Celso T. Defreitas, 41, of Clinton, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, driving with a suspended license, failing to drive within the marked lanes, and negligent driving on Monday, Feb. 13., after a caller reported a possibly impaired driving on Route 128 North.

Daniel Joseph Baldwin, 25, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of unlicensed driving around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, after a traffic stop on Christina Drive.

Jason M. Modugno, 43, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Thursday, Feb. 16, after police were called to a Lowell Street business around 4 p.m.

Ujwal Dhungel, 31, of Arlington, was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Saturday, Feb. 18, around 6 p.m. after police were called to an Andover Street business.

Carlos A. Bastos, 41, of Everett, was arrested on charges of unlicensed driving on Saturday, Feb. 18, around 1o p.m., after a traffic stop on Lowell Street.

David E. Garcia, 46, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, and Laurie J. Muccullock, 40, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, shoplifting, and possession of a burglarious instrument after police were called to an Andover Street business around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22.

Police arrested Jose Garcia, 54, of Chelsea, on Friday, Feb. 24, on charges of shoplifting, trespassing, and giving a false name or Social Security Number after officers responded to an Andover Street business around 3 p.m.

Kevin Deleon, 23, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license after police stopped a car on Newbury Street around 11 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26.

Cheryl D. Silva, 59, of Peabody, was arrested on charges of drunken driving on Monday, Feb. 27, around 8 p.m., after a report of a parked vehicle was reportedly hit on Oakland Street.
