Man Charged In 2016 Lynn Murder Of Girlfriend
A man who was on Massachusetts' "Most Wanted" list has been charged with a second murder.

LYNN, MA – David Grossack, 47, has been charged with the murder of a 56-year-old Lynn woman with whom he was romantically involved.
Grossack was recently arrested in Pittsfield on charges connected to a separate homicide in Everett, according to the Essex DA's office. On Dec. 29, 2016, Lynn Police responded to a Newhall Street apartment to investigate a reported death.
Officers found the body of Kathleen Burgess "in an advanced state of decomposition," according to the DA's office. The victim's daughter had alerted police to the body after visiting her.

Authorities determined there was a struggle at the scene, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide by blunt force trauma, and identified several facial fractures. Authorities also learned that Grossack and Burgess were in a dating relationship
Grossack is scheduled to be arraigned in Lynn District Court on Monday, April 3.
