Man Charged With Urinating in Dunkin' Donuts Parking Lot

Thursday, May 9
At 3:21 p.m., police received a call about a domestic disturbance between two brothers on Harris Street. Police will summons the juvenile brother. Jorge Silva, 21, of 6 Harris St. Apt. 2, Peabody, was charged with domestic assault and battery.
At 5:23 p.m., at Extended Stay America, Felicia Lavacca, 25, of 343 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, was charged with seven outstanding warrants from Lynn, Woburn, Malden, East Boston, and Chelsea District Courts. The charges on the warrant are: 1. 2 counts of Larceny Under $250 2 counts of Common Utterer of Counterfeit notes 2. Larceny Over $250 by False Pretense 3. Receiving Stolen Property Over $250 Larceny Over $250 by False Pretense 4. Larceny Over $250 5. 2 counts of Utter Counterfeit Note 6. Possess Class A Drug 7. Utter Counterfeit Note.

At 11:23 p.m., a caller on Keyes Drive reperted that her girlfriend has threatened to call the police and file a false domestic report on her. An officer went to preserve the peace while the girlfriend gathered some personal belongings.
Friday, May 10
At 5:29 a.m., an employee at Dunkin' Donuts on Lowell Street reported a male urinating in the parking lot. John Connors, 50, of 29 Goodale St., Peabody, was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

At 10:04 a.m., a caller on Summit Street reported that she received a phone call from a man saying he was testing the water in the area and needed access inside her house. The caller contacted the water company and they told her they were not conducting any work like that and to contact police.
