Wednesday, June 13

  • At 5:02 p.m., police were called to Hollister at the North Shore Mall for shoplifters. Police arrested Taiana Graciano, 31, 101 Marble Ave., Lawrence, and charged her with larceny over $250. Police also arrested Jennifer J. Sosa, 29, 135 Woodland St., Lawrence, and charged her with larceny over $250 and possession of a burglarious instrument.
  • At 5:50 p.m., a person bitten by a dog was reported on Lowe Street.
  • At 7:36 p.m., a mother reported all three of her children had run away. The children later came back home.
  • At 7:52 p.m., a Middleton man was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license and a U-turn violation on Newbury Street.
  • At 8:10 p.m., police arrested Richard L. Silverman, 50, 16 Crowninshield St., Peabody, and charged him with possession of class B drugs (subsequent offense).
  • At 10:42 p.m., police arrested Patrick James Foss, 42, 10 Elizabeth Ave., Beverly, and charged him with domestic assault and battery.
  • Police responded to the Charles Motel at 4 Mill Street at 11:12 p.m. for a man screaming. The man told police he was upset about eggs being thrown at his door.

  • At 12:16 a.m., police arrested Scott R. Harvey, 40, 45 Garden Rd., Peabody, on a warrant and also charged him with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
  • At 8:01 a.m., police arrested Edwin Martinez, 21, 5 McIntire Ct., Peabody, and charged him with aggravated domestic assault and battery on Hourihan Street.
  • At 10:18 a.m., a tractor trailer struck a light pole and knocked it down on Lakeland Park Drive.
