At 8:25 p.m., police arrested Jeimy Arely Portillo, 25, of 3 Franklin Ave. in Chelsea on charges of larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property under $250.

Wednesday, March 23

At 1:02 a.m., police arrested Kenia G. Hernandez, 29, of Chelsea on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, and following too close.

At 6:46 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street.

At 11:24 a.m., police arrested Michael R, Nolan, 22, of 156 Russell Street in Peabody on a warrant.
