Friday, April 1

At 3:24 p.m., there was a report of an injured rabbit on Bartholomew Street.

At 5:50 p.m., there was a report of a possibly intoxicated man running in and out of traffic on Central Street.

At 6:09 p.m., police arrested Angela Marie Modugno, 33, of Peabody on a warrant.

At 7:34 p.m., there was a complaint from a Driscoll Street resident that a tenant on the floor below was smoking the marijuana and the smoke was coming into her apartment. The smoking tenant informed officers that he would no longer partake of that activity in the residence.

Saturday, April 2

At 1:09 a.m., police arrested Christy Brown, 25, of Eastern Avenue in Lynn on charges of threats to commit a crime and assault and battery on an intimate partner.

At 7:21 a.m., a house was egged on Lynn Street.

At 8:08 a.m., there was a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Veterans Memorial Drive.

At 10:17 a.m., police arrested Mark A. Ferreira, 29, of Washington Street in Peabody on three warrants.

At 8:21 p.m., there was a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Lowell Street.

Sunday, April 3

At 12:12 a.m., police arrested Johnnye J. Garcia, 34, of Walford Avenue in Charlestown and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.
