OUI Arrestee Not Who He Said He Was
Lynn man charged with giving a false name following a drunk driving arrest.

Peabody, MA - A Lynn man faces additional charges following a drunk driving arrest on Wednesday evening after he gave a false name to the police.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police checked on the driver of a motor vehicle near McDonald's on Main Street and arrested him for operating under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation.
The driver gave his name as Aniboy Nolasco of Lynn. However, when he was fingerprinted it was discovered that police had actually arrested Graviel Nolasco, 30, of 67 Washington Street in Lynn.

Nolasco was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and furnishing a false name or social security number upon arrest.
