PEABODY, MA – Peabody has declared an emergency parking ban for 3 a.m. Tuesday in anticipation of the snow. All cars must be removed from public ways by then.
Peabody Police will announce when the ban is rescinded. The North Shore could get as much as 18 inches of snow through Tuesday night.
