Simon Announces Area Director of Marketing for Northshore Mall

From Simon: Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced today that Lauren Dalis has been named the Area Director of Marketing for Northshore Mall in Peabody, Massachusetts, Square One Mall in Saugus, Massachusetts, and Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, Massachusetts.

In her role as the Area Director of Marketing, Dalis oversees marketing efforts at all three properties: planning and executing strategic marketing plans including digital marketing and social media for the shopping centers, advertising, public relations and special events, as well as overseeing and evaluating marketing staff. Her duties also include planning operations budgets and addressing property issues and opportunities that enhance tenant, community and media relations while increasing center sales.

Dalis has been with Simon for more than a decade, since 2005, where she began as a Marketing Assistant at Burlington Mall. She has since served as Manager of Mall Marketing at Square One Mall, Area Director of Marketing for Square One Mall and Arsenal Mall, and Director of Marketing and Business Development for Northshore Mall. Dalis is also the Regional Digital Marketing Trainer for Simon in New England, serving as the point person on the ever-changing aspects of digital media and monitoring the digital presence of 18 malls. She has also been on the Board of Directors of the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce since Jan. 2016. Dalis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Northeastern University and currently resides in Reading, Massachusetts.
