Students Send Peabody Police Thank-You Cards, Other Gifts in Recognition

All throughout the state, people have been coming forward to express their support and gratitude to law enforcers after the horrific killings in Dallas, Texas.

The Peabody Police posted the following on their Facebook page:

We received a very nice card , an order of dunkin donuts munchkins and coffee from 2 local elementary school students and another very nice card and 3 large pizzas from the wonderful community at Brooksby Village. To say that we are humbled with gratitude for these very kind gestures is an understatement. Our officers put on their badges with honor and great pride everyday to graciously serve and protect our communities and to help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all! Thank you from the bottom of hearts to all who support us and all law enforcement!
