DUXBURY, MA — Joe Perry has left the building. Don't worry, just the Duxbury one.

The legendary Aerosmith guitarist from Massachusetts sold his seven-acre estate for the listing price of $4.5 million, The Boston Globe reported Wednesday. The listing at 1405 & 1399 Tremont St. was handled by Coldwell Banker Realty.

The home, which the Globe reported was in Perry's family since the 1980s, has 14 rooms, five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and four half-baths.

The estate known as Brook Haven Farm features a detached stone front carriage house and roof top garden, pool and thee-stall barn, not to mention three fireplaces, exposed wood and beams inside and a high-tech media room.

The new owners will also be hard to reach through the double entrance gates and all-encompassing fencing.

The basement no longer features the recording studio Aerosmith recorded some of its hits, the Globe reported.

All in all, the 1974 home has 7,181 square feet.

Aerosmith, in its sixth decade, will play Fenway Park on Sept. 8.
