Community Helps Plymouth School Administrator After Loss
The community has stepped up to support Plymouth South Middle School Assistant Principal Joe Murphy.
PLYMOUTH, MA — The Plymouth community has stepped up to support a Plymouth South Middle School administrator. Joe Murphy's wife recently passed away unexpectedly at the couple's Kingston home. She left behind two sons.
An ongoing fundraiser on GoFundMe has raised thousands for Murphy and his sons.
"Joe Murphy ... has been an active member of the Plymouth community for many years as a coach, teacher, colleague, and friend," the fundraising page reads. "Please consider contributing to help Joe and his sons during this very difficult time of loss."

Joe Murphy is the assistant principal at Plymouth South Middle. Memorial services for his wife will be held this week.
