• Restaurant Lease at Governor Bradford Changes Hands (provincetownindependent.org) — A longtime Commercial Street landmark, the Governor Bradford restaurant is getting new local operators in January, but its name, drag karaoke, and overall vibe are set to stay. The outgoing team says Provincetown’s high costs and year‑round liquor license requirements made the large, nightclub-style space hard to sustain. The incoming Cape-based group, led by a former Fanizzi’s manager, promises “comfort chic” food while preserving the bar’s iconic role in town life.
   

• Pan-Mass Challenge names Belle Nace as Fundraising Coordinator (massnonprofit.org) — A longtime Pan-Mass Challenge rider who once biked from Wellesley to Provincetown on her 15th birthday has been named the organization’s new fundraising coordinator. Belle Nace will support riders, donors, and volunteers year-round as the PMC continues raising major funds for cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
