Back To School: Reading 2023-24 School Calendar

READING, MA — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Reading, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Reading Public Schools.

The first day of school for most students in Reading is Aug. 30.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

First Day: Aug. 30

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 23-24

Winter Break: Dec. 25-Jan. 1

Spring Break: April 15-19

Last Day: June 13
