D'Amici's Bakery Closes Reading Location
The decades-old group of bakeries abruptly shut down all of its locations.
READING, MA — A group of area bakeries has abruptly closed all of its locations. D'Amici's Bakery ended its 26-year run with "out of business" signs outside its locations in Reading, Lynn and Melrose, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
The bakery was founded in 1993 and originally had four locations, including two in Lynn. Its other Lynn bakery closed earlier this year.
No reason was given for the widespread closures. Calls to D'Amici's went unanswered Monday.
