Detours, Delays Expected As Reading Continues Paving Work
Work began on Wednesday in some locations and is set to continue on Thursday.
READING, MA — Reading motorists can expect detours, delays and road closures in the coming days as road work moves forward in an area around the Joshua Eaton School in town, the town announced on Tuesday
Work began at 10 a.m. on Wednesday on Buckingham Drive, Melbourne Avenue, Cumberland Road and Kensington Avenue in Reading.
Work will then get underway on Victoria Avenue, Riverside Drive and a portion of Sunnyside Avenue beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday.

Anyone living in the area who will need access to their vehicle should relocate it to an on-street parking space outside of the work zones, the town said.
On-street parking within work zones is prohibited. And driveway access may be limited.
