Tuesday, March 22Police arrested Laura Jean Harney, 28, of 35 Henzie Street in Reading and charged her with the illegal possession of a Class A substance.At 1:30 a.m., there was a report of two people blaring music from a white car on Elderberry Lane.At 2:17 a.m., a caller was concerned about the sound of power tools coming from the apartment above him on Main Street.At 8:45 a.m., a woman dressed in black was screaming at people in traffic on Sanford Road.At 3:12 p.m., there was a complaint about a landscaper refusing to give money back on Henzie Street.At 4:42 p.m., there was a dispute between neighbors outside on Greenwood Road.At 8:35 p.m., there was a report of a large group of adults arguing outside on Main Street.
