Eileen Duff secured a spot in the November election for the Governor's Council seat representing the 5th district in Thursday's Democratic primary. The fifth district includes North Reading. *Unofficial results: Eileen Duff 6,022 44% Donald Bumiller  3,600 26% David Epply 2,302 17% George O'Brine  1,757 13% Duff will go on to challenge Republican Maura Ciardiello in the Nov. election.
