The Reading Health Division will be providing seasonal flu vaccinations for adults 18 years and older. We ask that you bring your insurance cards so that we may be reimbursed for the vaccinations.
Clinic will be held:
Saturday October 27, 2012: Coolidge Middle School Cafeteria from 9-11am
The accepted insurances are:
- Medicare Part B
- Harvard Pilgrim
- Tufts Health Plan
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (please check your card)
- UniCare
- Health New England
- Neighborhood Health Plan
- Fallon
- MassHealth
The fee for the vaccination without one of the accepted insurances is $10. Please do not get a flu vaccination if you are allergic to eggs or any other component of the flu vaccine. Please wear short-sleeved shirts. If you wish to complete the paperwork in advance, consent forms are available on the Reading Health Department website. Please call 781-942-9061 with questions.
