Firefighters Battle Brush Blaze In Reading
Police asked residents not call 911 to report the fire as their emergency lines are being overwhelmed.
READING, MA — Crews are fighting a brush fire in Reading on Friday.
The Reading Police Department posted the following on Facebook around 11:30:
The Reading Police and Reading Fire Departments are aware of the brush fire near Lothrop Road near Route 93. Fire crews are currently working on the fire.
