HOLIDAY SHOPPING BABYSITTING NIGHT
Where/when: Recreation Center at Ipswich River Park, Friday at 5:30 to 9 p.m.
Why go: FONRPRC, Inc is hosting a Holiday Shopping Babysitting night for parents to shop without the kids. The cost is $20 per child or $30 for a family maximum of three siblings. Children must be three-years or older and potty trained. Register online.
FESTIVAL OF TREES
Where/when: Walter S. Parker Middle School, Saturday at noon and Sunday at 10 a.m.
Why go: Kick off your holiday season by visiting Reading’s 11th annual Festival of Trees, a winter wonderland of decorated Holiday Trees donated by local families, organizations, businesses and schools that visitors can win.
