2. Book discussion. Join a discussion of the book, Faith by Jennifer Haigh, led by Ann Murphy at 7 p.m. at the Reading Public Library. Pre-registration is requested.

3. Parkinson's Disease Support Group. Reading Elder Services is hosting a monthly Parkinson's Support Group for patients and families. The group will meet today at the Reading Senior Center at 1:30 p.m.

4. Fun run. Join other Reading runners for a fun run around the lake in Wakefield. Meet at the Lord Wakefield hotel at 6:45 p.m.
