Today is Monday, Jan. 28. Here are five things you need to know today: 1. The weather. Expect mostly cloudy skies today with a high near 36, tonight a low around 25.  2. North Reading School Committee and Selectmen. The school committee and selectmen will have a joint meeting regarding the school building project at North Reading Town Hall at 6 p.m.  3. Reading Special Town Meeting. Town Meeting members will gather at Reading Memorial High School at 7:30 p.m. for a Special Town Meeting. Two hot topics are the <a href="https://patch.com/A-1tC5" rel="nofollow">library budget</a> and an <a href="https://patch.com/A-1t1p" rel="nofollow">electronic billboard</a>. 4. RMHS girls' hockey bowling fundraiser. The RMHS girls' hockey team will hold a bowling fundraiser at Candlewood Lanes at 3:30 p.m. There will be a raffle and door prizes.  5. NRHS Masquers perform 9 to 5. Tickets are on sale for the Masquers' show 9 to 5. Buy them in the main lobby at the high school for $12.
