Expect mostly sunny skies. 2. Kids Concert Series. The first will be held at  at 3 p.m. The Toe Jam Puppet Band will perform. 3. North Reading Board of Assessors. The at  at 4 p.m. A public hearing for 173 Marblehead Street is on the agenda. The real estate abatement report is on the agenda. 4. North Reading Concert Series. The starts tonight at  at 5 p.m. Stop by for a barbecue and entertainment for kids. 5. Teen night. Stop by  for at 6 p.m. Kids ages eight to 13 are welcome for pizza, snacks, two drinks and lots of fun.
