Letter to the Editor: North Reading Resident Expresses Gratitude for Thanksgiving Dinner at Hillview

Dear Editor,

I want to thank Brad Jones, Linda Jones, Bruce Tarr and the rest of the sponsors for providing a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for the Senior Citizens at the Hillview Country Club last Sunday.

I also want to thank the Fire Department personal who transported many Seniors to the event and the Police Department for controlling traffic and pedestrian safety.

Also Mary Prenney and her staff at the Senior Center who received hundreds of phone calls for reservations.

The Dinner was attended by approximately 300 people and as always it was a fantastic time and all that attended really enjoyed themselves.

Last but certainly not least I want to thank Burton Page and his staff for making this wonderful event so successful. Also this Is the last year Burton Page will be the Manager of the Hillview and I want to personally thank him for all the years of great service and for all he has done for the town.
