Lincoln Street, Reading Home Reportedly Broken Into

The following is an excerpt from the Reading Police Department log from Tuesday through Thursday. The information is open to the public.
Tuesday, Nov. 13
- At 8:41 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:51 a.m., a caller reported car accident on Main Street. The injuries were unknown.
- At 11:02 a.m., a Lincoln Street resident reported that his door was kicked in and home possibly broken into.
- At 3:48 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Lowell Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 4:55 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on General Way. No injuries were reported.
- At 5:01 p.m., a caller reported that he was hit by a vehicle on Main Street, but not injured.
- At 5:27 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.

- At 7:44 p.m., an employee from Keurig reported that the window of a company truck was smashed in.
Thursday, Nov. 15
- At 12:05 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Walkers Brook Drive. The injuries were unknown.
- At 12:55 p.m., a caller reported finding a syringe on Lowell Street. Police retrieved the needle.
- At 1:38 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Salem Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 3:01 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Woburn Street. The accident was minor and no injuries were reported.
- At 5:23 p.m., a Perkins Avenue resident reported that a male rang her doorbell, said her last name and asked if it was her residence. She said it was, and the man walked away. Police were unable to locate the male.
- At 7:23 p.m., a Reading male was held in protective custody.
- At 10:45 p.m., the Gulf Gas Station on Main Street was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect held a gun to the clerks head and took several hundred dollars.
