Lynn Resident Arrested in North Reading For Operating Without a License, Registration

At 10:22 a.m. Tuesday, Ramiro Perez, 27, of 56 Kirtland St. Apt. 3, Lynn, was arrested on Elm Street for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, revoked registration and without liability insurance.
