North Reading Plaza was sold for $11.6 million to RK Centers.

According to a Boston.com article, North Reading Plaza was sold by Great Island Development to RK Centers for $11.6 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented Great Island Development in the deal, the article said.
Marshalls, the Dollar Tree and Citizens Bank occupy the plaza, which has about 154,000 square feet of retail space and is 98 percent leased, according to the article.
“Competition for well located assets in Metro Boston that have exceptional tenancy like that of North Reading Plaza provides tremendous upside for investors given the strength of the market fundamentals,” Geoffrey Millerd of Cushman & Wakefield said in the article.
