North Reading Resident Arrested for Drugs

The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the from Friday through Sunday. The information is open to the public.
Arrests
At 11:33 a.m. on Sunday, a caller reported a car accident on Park Street. Michael Farricy, Jr., 25, of 56 Chestnut Street, was involved in the accident and was arrested for possession of class E and B drugs.

Friday, April 27
- At 1:27 p.m., a North Street resident reported that someone entered his house and took his change jar filled with change.
- At 2:13 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Park Street. Three cars were involved, but no one was injured. A 23-year-old Wilmington resident was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- At 7:20 p.m., a Lowell Road resident reported that her neighbors living below her were disturbing her. An officer informed both parties of their options.

- At 1:13 p.m., a caller reported that the night before, several youths were in her yard and dispersed when she turned her exterior lights on. Her yard was toilet-papered and a small statue was broken.
- At 2:19 p.m., a caller reported that two females left his yard sale in a car and appeared to be intoxicated. Police located the vehicle and performed a field sobriety test, but the females were not intoxicated.
- At 7:36 p.m., a caller reported that a male was trying to leave Kitty's and drive his wheel chair while intoxicated. When police arrived, the male's friends were on the scene and planned to drive him home.
- At 10:34 p.m., a Central Street resident reported that his house was egged.
Sunday, April 29
- At 12:18 a.m., a Patriot Way resident reported a rope in the road. The rope was tied from one doorknob to another on the street. Police cut the rope, rolled it up and left it on the front porch of a house on Patriot Way.
- At 2:26 p.m., several emergency callers reported a brush fire near Elm and Pleasant Streets. The Fire Department put the fire out.
- At 9:53 p.m., a Tower Hill Road resident reported that her car was entered the night before while parked at a friend's house. A lacrosse stick, lacrosse balls and gym bags were taken. The radio face plate was damaged.
