Reading Bank Robber May Be Suspect in Quincy Robbery
Suspect matching the description and method of Monday robbery in Reading struck a Quincy bank on Tuesday.
Reading, MA - Quincy Police are asking for the public's help in catching a man who robbed a Main Street bank on Tuesday.
The description and photos of the suspect, as well as the method of the robbery, are similar to the bank robbery at the Santander Bank in Reading on Monday.
In Quincy, police stated that a white male suspect, approximately 5'10-6ft, with short dark hair, 20-30 years old, wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt with the words "South Boston" with an image of a football on it, walked into the Eastern Bank located at 63 Franklin St., in Quincy and demanded money from the teller.

No weapon was shown and no note was passed. An older model dark colored jeep cherokee may be involved. Anyone who recognizes the individual should contact Quincy Detective Karvelis at 617 745 5765.
There was also no weapon shown nor note passed at the Santander Bank in Reading on Monday.
