Reading Chamber Introducing Winterfest Outdoor Event

READING, MA — The Reading Chamber of Commerce is hosting a new outdoor event, Winterfest, that will feature free food and activities for families.

Winterfest will take place on Thursday, March 10 from 5-7 p.m. in Reading Square.

Attendees can enjoy fire tables and s'mores on the common, ice sculptures and hot chocolate, courtesy of local business sponsors. The event will also feature a winter beer garden and food trucks.

Olaf from the "Frozen" movies will be strolling around to meet kids and take selfies.

Music will be provided by North Shore 104.9 FM. Local businesses will be open late, and many will offer special promotions for March Madness.
