Rich, 26, of 2 Archstone Circle was arrested on Franklin Street on a warrant. At 5:08 p.m. Monday, Joseph B. Shea, 48, of 5 Mt. Vernon St. was arrested on Mt. Vernon Street on a warrant. Monday, April 22 <ul> <li>At 8:31 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Lincoln Street. No injuries were reported.</li> </ul> Tuesday, April 23 <ul> <li>At 3:40 a.m., a Highland Street resident reported that two males entered his daughter's vehicle.</li> <li>At 9:27 a.m., an Avalon Road resident reported mail missing from her garage.</li> </ul> Wednesday, April 24 <ul> <li>At 4:13 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street.
