Residents are all invited to join Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner at 2:50 p.m. on the front lawn at Town Hall for a moment of silence in memory of those who died or were injured in the marathon bombings. This moment of silence will also recognize Reading Police Officers Matt Edson, Michael Fitzgerald, and Michael Lee who assisted in Boston last week.
