Reading Narrows Down Superintendent Search To 3 Finalists

The School Committee plans to select a candidate by Feb. 11.

READING, MA — The Reading Public Schools is homing in on its next superintendent. The School Committee Thursday night narrowed down the search to three finalists and plans to select a candidate by Feb. 11.

The finalists are Arlington High School Principal Matthew Janger; Thomas Milaschewski, superintendent resident in the Medford Public Schools; and Portsmouth, NH Superintendent Stephen Zadravec.

The next superintendent will take over June 30. The School Committee will announce opportunities for members of the Reading school community to meet candidates and provide feedback.
