Reading-North Reading Chamber Hosting Annual Golf Tournament Later This Month
The Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 11th annual golf tournament later this month.

The Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce announced it is hosting its 11th annual golf tournament later this month.
The Reading-North Reading (RNR) Chamber Golf Tournament will be taking place on Monday, July 27, at Meadowbrook Country Club in Reading. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m., shotgun start at 8.
“We look forward to continuing the tradition of our tournament for small business owners at Meadowbrook this year,” Committee Chair Michael Bonnell said in a release. “The tournament is a casual, fun day for local business owners to get together, network and play golf, while benefitting the local businesses and communities of Reading and North Reading.”

All golfers or those interested in participating in the golf tournament are welcome. Participants do not need to be a member of the RNR Chamber or of Meadowbrook to play on the course, the Chamber of Commerce said. The $150 entry fee includes golf, cart, lunch and gifts.
The deadline for registration is Friday, July 17.

The Savings Bank is the 2015 platinum corporate sponsor for the event. Additionally, donations of gold sponsors IM Wireless, Eastern Bank, Doyon’s Appliance, Reading Co-operative Bank and Winter Hill Bank have also helped fund the event.
