Reading, North Reading Chamber Hosting Social Media Training Sessions
Local businesses are invited to the free Social Media Office Hours, where questions will be answered about using Facebook and Instagram.

READING, MA — Members of the local business community searching for advice about Facebook and Instagram are invited to a series of help sessions sponsored by the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce.
The first of four Social Media Office Hours is scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday at Sweepnman, located at 190 Main St. in North Reading. Additional sessions are scheduled for June, September and October.
The sessions are free for all businesses, both chamber members and non-chamber members. Registration is requested for planning purposes and is available on the chamber website.

Among the topics that might be discussed, according to the chamber, are: setting up a bio, adding music to a reel and using hashtags.
Chamber representatives said that in a survey the chamber conducted late last year, social media help was the top concern raised by local business owners.
"We are excited to support local businesses and give them this valuable, hands-on training," said Catherine Barton Rossetti, president of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce. "Business owners or their teams can attend each of the Office Hours and build their knowledge."
Future Social Media Office Hours sessions are scheduled for 8:30 p.m. on June 8 at Tin Bucket, 12 Woburn St. in Reading, at noon on Sept. 20 at Barton Rossetti Law, 159 Haven St. in Reading, and at 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 12 at a location to be determined.
