Reading-North Reading Chamber Hosts Annual Member Breakfast

The event gave members of the business community, town leaders and elected officials a chance to network and build connections.

WOBURN, MA — The Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce held its annual Member Appreciation Breakfast earlier this month.

The event took place on May 3 at the Hilton in Woburn. About 70 people — members of the business community, town leaders and elected officials — attended the event.

The morning included a hot breakfast and a chance for attendees to connect, according to organizers. Twelve gift cards to local businesses were raffled off during the event.

The chamber also introduced its 2023 Board of Directors, all of whom are local business people who volunteer their time. Terms are three years, and many board members serve a second term, as well.

"We are so grateful to our members who have supported the chamber and really hosted this annual breakfast," said Chamber President Catherine Barton Rossetti. "People are craving in-person connection, and it was a wonderful morning for business owners to network and enjoy."

According to chamber officials, the organization's mission is to foster a thriving business community that facilitates connections between businesses, builds engagement between business and residents, and contributes to long-term economic growth in the community."
