Reading Releases Details On Road Work For Several Streets

READING, MA — The town has issued notices to residents in areas where repaving will occur in the next few weeks. Lazaro Paving Corp. is handling the work.

The town asked residents to not park in the travel way or on the side of the road during construction hours, which are typically Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The road may be impassable at times during construction. The Department of Public Works recommends that residents move their cars to side streets outside of the construction area.

It's expected that paving operations will take less than one day.

The following streets will be affected:

• Ash Street
• Carriage Lane
• Cross Street
• Dean Road
• Eastway
• Echo Avenue
• Grey Coach Lane
• Indian Tree Lane
• Keith Road
• Milton Road
• Rustic Lane
• Vista Avenue

There will also be milling work on Walnut Street and sidewalk work on Woburn Street.
