Reading Releases Information For On-Street Parking Ban

READING, MA — Reading's on-street winter parking ban will begin Dec. 4 barring any plowable snow before that.

No vehicles are allowed to park from 1 to 6 a.m. on any public street or public parking lot.

The only exception is part of the Train Depot on the Lincoln Street side. A resident sticker is required. There is signage at the depot to explain the rules and regulations at that lot

The first snow of the season in eastern Massachusetts could be this week. The western half of the state has already seen its first snowfall Nov. 1.
