Reading Residents Invited To Coffee With New Town Manager

READING, MA — Residents are invited to meet Reading's new town manager over coffee on March 16.

Fidel Maltez will host a "Coffee and Conversation" event at the Burbank YMCA from 8:30-11 a.m. The meet-and-greet will take place in the lobby.

Maltez succeeded Bob LeLacheur, who stepped down this month after nine years. He previously served as the public works commissioner in Chelsea.

Maltez is Reading's third town manager.
