Reading Weekend Agenda: Sensory Storytime, Splash Park and More

Sensory Storytime. Stop by the Reading Public Library for Sensory Storytime at 10 a.m. Saturday. The drop-in storytime is designed for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration issues, other developmental disabilities, and their typically developing peers. 

Splash Park. The Splash Park at the Burbank YMCA is open Fridays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Enrichment Day at the Zoo. Take your kids to the Stone Zoo for Enrichment Day Saturday and discover why enrichment is so important to the animals. Throughout the day guests will see many of the animals receive enrichment items made especially for them. Visit www.zoonewengland.org/enrichment to learn more about the enrichment program.

Real School of Music at Whole Foods. Pick up some groceries at Whole Foods in Andover and listen to the Real School of Music's student musicians play live. The event starts at noon on Sunday.
