Reading's Corinne Eaton Passes Away

Corinne (Dunlop) Eaton of Reading, formerly of Portsmouth NH, Billerica and Medford died September 3 at the Bear Hill Nursing Center in Stoneham. She was 90 years of age.

Corinne was born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 21, 1928 the daughter of Gordon E. and Jeanne (Mosher) Dunlop. Corinne was a graduate of Medford High School.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert L. Eaton, Sr. Devoted mother of Dianne Jean Hubert and her husband Frank of Florida, and Robert L. Eaton, Jr. and his wife Denise of Reading. Sister of the late David and Gordon Dunlop and Carol Miller. Loving grandmother of Ryan Eaton of San Diego, CA; Samantha Holden and her husband Eric of Wilmington and loving great grandmother of Adeline Holden.

A funeral service will be held on Monday Sept. 9 at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.) Reading at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Wood End Cemetery, Reading. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Corrine’s memory to American Diabetes Association 10 Speen St. 2nd Floor Framingham, MA 01701.
