Reading's Green Tomato On The Move
The nearly 20-year-old takeout spot isn't going far – it's staying in town and adding seating for dine-in customers.
READING, MA — A longtime Reading takeout spot will move to a new location in town this fall – and offer dine-in seating for customers.
The Green Tomato is relocating from High Street to Gould Street and expanding its menu to include Mediterranean, vegetarian and vegan food, in addition to American and Italian fare, Boston Restaurant Talk reported.
The Green Tomato opened in 2003 and is currently located at 42 High Street. It will move to 24 Gould Street.
