Reading's Laurie Hubbard Passes Away

An obituary from the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home:

Laurie M. Hubbard, of Reading, passed away on Thursday June 20. She was 56 years of age.

Laurie was the beloved sister of Richard Hubbard, devoted Aunt of Thomas Hubbard, Trevor Hubbard, Katherine Hubbard and Travis Hubbard, and loving daughter of the late Lawrence Hubbard and Frances (Sullivan) Hubbard.

Laurie was born and raised in Reading and graduated from Reading High School in 1979. Laurie was always on the go, whether it was packing for a full day at the beach or going on trips around the world, she was living her most beautiful life. She was a big fan of Broadway, seeing a show whenever she could, and was also an avid sports fan, enjoying the Red Sox and Patriots games the most. Lauries compassion and heart will never be forgotten and her bright smile will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Laurie is also survived by many loving cousins and close friends Jill Barry - Kennedy, Rebecca Aldapa Hugo, Brenda Barry and Manuel Mauricio.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Laurie's Eternal life will be in the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St., Reading, Thursday June 27th at 11 am.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Wednesday June 26th from 4-8 pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator available.
