Salon 77 Moves to New Space in North Reading
Salon 77 is now located at 161 Main Street.
Leah McCann opened in 2008 and over the last four years the salon has "grown out of it's original location" at 246 Main St. and is now located at 161 Main St.
The new salon is in the building where Curio used to be, in the plaza with and . The interior is larger, elegantly decorated and has two seating areas for clients.
Clients are greeted immediately after walking into the salon and offered water, coffee, a magazine or a Kindle Fire to use while waiting.

"We made it a more comfortable environment for clients, it’s an upgrade for them," McCann said.
She could not be happier with the new location, and is pleased that she chose to open her business in town.

“We are growing and it’s a good place to be, North Reading,” McCann said.
She credits her success to her "loyal clients" and is grateful for their support in helping her salon "grow as a business.”
"I want to thank all of our clients for their business. The staff at Salon 77 are happy to be growing professionally and look forward to providing the best experience for clients," she said.
The new salon has expanded from five chairs to seven and they are in the process of adding more staff. Both McCann and her stylists are dedicated to constant improvement and educated on the latest trends in coloring and cutting.
The salon offers a variety of services ranging from $35 to $53 for a cut and style. The salon services page online lists the prices and services.
